(KTNC) - An important deadline is approaching for Nebraskans wanting to register to vote in the November 6th election.
Friday, October 26 is the deadline for in-person registration at county election offices.
In Richardson County, voter registration can be done at the County Clerk’s office in the Richardson County Courthouse during regular business hours. The office will remain open until 6:00 p.m. October 26th for voter registration.
Registrations will also be accepted at the Humboldt City Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
Address changes and name changes due to marriage should be made by the 26th, but those changes can also be made at the polling site on Election Day by voting a provisional ballot.
