Hill was also booked on a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

Wilson says the initial suspicious person report indicated Hill was allegedly displaying a pocket knife while walking.

After search, a pocket knife was found on Hill, but he will not face any charges related to that discovery.

He remains in Atchison County Jail awaiting bond and formal charges.
