(KLZA) A jury trial date of December 12th has been set for two men charged in connection with a July home invasion in Falls City.
22 year old Daniel Worton of Falls City and 18 year old Chance Dunback of Salem have each entered a plea of not guilty in Richardson Court District Court to four felony counts. They include burglary; aid or abet; possession of a stolen firearm, attempted robbery, aid or abet; and using a firearm to commit a felony aid or abet.
Each man is charged in connection with a July 31st break in at the Robert Blain home at 202 East 8th Street. Blain alleges that someone broke into his home in the early morning hours, pointed a gun at his head and demanded medication.
No medication was taken during the break in but a .45 caliber handgun was reported missing from the home.
