( KMZA )-- A Goff man will stand trial on a charge of aggravated criminal sodomy.
25-year-old Albert Scott III was bound over to Nemaha County District Court Wednesday on the charge following his preliminary hearing.
Arraignment was set for October 25th before District Judge Jim Patton.
A request for a bond reduction was denied. Scott remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $750,000 bond.
Scott was arrested September 5th on a Nemaha County warrant for a crime that allegedly occurred sometime between May 11th-13th of this year.
