In other budget action Tuesday Commissioners approved the allowable additional 1-percent budget authority for fiscal year 2012-13.
Following an executive session with County Attorney Bob Meyer, Commissioners voted to reject an offer from the insurance company for Hiawatha-based Ag Partners Cooperative for a bridge collapse northwest of Humboldt in April.
