Benedictine College opened the home portion of its 2012 football schedule Saturday and crushed visiting Sterling College 59-6.
The Ravens scored 8 touchdowns on the afternoon...and 8 different players got into the endzone. Kicker Zach Keenan was the leading scorer for BC with 11 points on 1 field goal and 8 PATs.
An Alumni Weekend crowd was treated to 429 yards of total offense and saw Benedictine take the ball away from the Warriors 5 times. BC (2-0) will have an open date next Saturday before beginning the HAAC schedule in Lamoni, IA on September 15th.
