(KAIR) -- A 28-year-old Atchison woman pleaded no contest in Atchison County District Court Friday to a pair of charges.
Dayshia Page pled to felony possession of a narcotic and misdemeanor theft.
In exchange, a count of aggravated burglary was dismissed.
She was arrested in late July by Atchison Police as a result of a February 8th incident where Page, who was on the Wal-Mart banned list, entered the store and picked up another individuals hydrocodone prescription from the pharmacy without authorization.
On the way out of the store, she also took a bottle of water.
Sentencing is scheduled for October 15th.
Page is currently free on 20 thousand dollars bond.
