( KNZA )--Around 36-hundred Westar Energy customers in Brown and Doniphan Counties lost power for about three hours early this ( Tuesday ) morning.
Westar Spokesman Nick Bundy says the outage was reported shortly before 12:30 this morning and power was restored to all customers shortly after 3:30.
Bundy says equipment failure at a substation is blamed for the outage.
