(KNZA)--A Horton business fills up with smoke, and that sends the proprietor to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
It happened Wednesday evening, around 7:30. when the smoke filled Grandma's Deli, at the corner of 15th and First Avenue East.
Horton Fire and Police rushed to the scene, finding the smoke, but no visible flames.
They also found Connie Mayfield suffering from smoke inhalation, and transported her for treatment at Horton Hospital.
Police Chief Beau Hasenhor says a cause for the smoke, but no visible fire, remains under investigation.
