(KAIR)--After hearing no public comment, the USD 377 school board adopted their 2012-13 budget.
The budget, down a half a mill from the previous year, includes five point two-three million dollars for the general fund and another one point seven-four million for the supplemental general fund and one point three-six million for Special Education.
The board also approved district and building handbooks for the year.

Also, two students from Benedictine College will be student-teaching this fall at the elementary school.
School starts Thursday for 377 students and Wiseman says students and parents are invited to “Back to School Night” Wednesday from four until seven and their respective school.
