(KAIR) -- A 29-year-old Bendena man charged with threatening another man in two separate incidents in Atchison with a weapon has entered into a plea agreement.
Justin Reno pleaded guilty Friday in Atchison County District Court to two counts of aggravated assault and no contest to one count of possession of narcotics.
In exchange, several misdemeanor counts were dismissed, including criminal damage to property and battery.
Reno was arrested for allegedly threatening a man on June 3rd at the Heritage Conference Center and on May 27th outside of Paoluccis Restaurant with a gun.
After bonding out, he was arrested on June 14th for allegedly possessing hydrocodone and methadone that originally belonged to his grandmother.
He could face 11 to 34 months in prison on each aggravated assault count and 10 to 42 months on the level four possession of narcotics charge.
Sentencing is scheduled for September 24th.
Reno is currently free on 30 thousand dollars bond.
