The U.S. Supreme Court voted recently to uphold the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act – known either pejoratively or affectionately as Obamacare.

Kerrey’s Republican opponent, former State Senator Deb Fischer of Valentine has said she’d work to repeal the healthcare law if she’s elected to the U.S. Senate, but Kerrey says that is not the answer. (play audio :31)
