(KAIR) -- A 37-year-old Atchison man will go to a jury trial on a pair of drug charges.
Keith Allen entered a not guilty plea Thursday in Atchison County District Court to charges of felony possession of an opiate and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following his preliminary hearing.
He was arrested June 19th by Atchison Police following a drug investigation where authorities allegedly found a patch containing fentanyl believed to be Allen’s.
The jury trial is set for September 11th.
Allen is currently free on 10 thousand dollars bond.
