(KAIR) -- A 19-year-old Oskaloosa woman opts for a preliminary hearing on burglary related charges Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Ellen Keo will have the prelim on July 24th on the felony charges of theft, interference with a law enforcement officer, burglary and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage.
She and another individual were arrested May 17th by Atchison Police after a neighborhood watch tip reported an alleged burglary in progress in the 1400 Block of North 15th Street in Atchison.
The other individual is Brian Rich.
He pled guilty on June 18th to two charges of felony theft and an interference with a law enforcement count as part of a plea deal.
His sentencing is scheduled for July 16th.
Rich remains in Atchison County Jail while Keo is free on 10 thousand dollars bond.
