Nebraska City scored a run in the bottom of the sixth inning, to pull out an 8-7 win over Falls City in the Southeastern Nebraska Baseball Conference Junior Tournament Thursday in Auburn.
Falls City led 7-5 after three innings, but Nebraska City scored two runs in the 5th to tie the game, then scored the winning run with one out in the sixth.
Falls City scored three runs on just one hit in the second inning and added four more runs in the third, but managed only two hits over the final three innings.
Nebraska City will play for the conference title at 6:30 Saturday evening at Nehawka. Falls City will play for third place at 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
