The Horton City Commission will hold a special meeting Wednesday evening.
Representatives of BG Consultants will meet with the commission to discuss bids for the sewer improvement project.
In addition, the commission will consider a request for permission to drill on city easements for an environmental investigation.
The meeting will begin at 5:15 Wednesday evening at the Horton City Hall.
