An Atchison woman accused of burglarizing a home opted for a preliminary hearing Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Raechelle Jones will have the hearing on that charge and a misdemeanor theft charge on July 17th.
She is accused of making forced entry into a home on 1225 Mound Street earlier this month.
Jones could face 11 to 34 months in prison, if convicted.
She is currently serving 30 days in jail before entering a drug rehab program for a possession of cocaine charge.
Another person involved in the burglary case, Ashley Dithmart, pled guilty on June 11th to burglary and sentencing is scheduled for July 9th.
