A 43-year-old Atchison man is in custody for allegedly injuring a woman during a domestic incident early Friday morning.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says Leautry Shaw was arrested on felony charges of aggravated battery and criminal threat, along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property.

The victim was treated and released after examination at the Atchison Hospital.
Shaw remains in the Atchison County Jail.
