Two people were found to have violated the probation in Richardson County District Court this week.
21 year old Rebecca Fouraker of Falls City will be sentenced June 26th for violating her probation on a charge of attempt to issue a bad check. The probation sentence was issued in February of 2011. Fouraker’s probation was revoked for not reporting to her probation officer, providing no proof of completion of her community service and no making payments for restitution of more than $900.
The probation of 23 year old Cameron Gill of Falls City has been revoked in two separate cases. Sentencing for Gill is scheduled for July 24th.
Among his parole violations were being cited for possession or use of drug paraphernalia in Nemaha County, Nebraska; driving while his driving privileges were suspended, failing to stay in touch with his probation officer, testing positive for marijuana on several different occasions and failure to pay restitution.
