Seven members of the recently crowned Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Post-Season Baseball Tournament Peru State College (PSC) Bobcats recently received all-conference recognition by a vote of the HAAC's baseball coaches.
Earning first team recognition were Jeff Eubank (Fort Pierce, Fla.), Jonathan Castillo (Paterson, N.J.), and Kyle Fredrickson (Omaha). Eubank was the first team second baseman; Castillo was one of four outfielders noted, while Fredrickson was one of two catchers picked.
Recognized as second team honorees were three Bobcat pitchers. Seniors Will Scott (Defuniak Springs, Fla.) and Tim Crawford (Omaha) were joined by junior Bryan Duncan (Seattle, Wash.) on the second unit.
Gaining honorable mention was freshman Randy Santiesteban (Hialeah, Fla.). Santiesteban is a shortstop.
