It’s Kimmi’s second arrest for violating terms of his probation.
Last October, a Brown County District Judge revoked Kimmi’s probation on the DUI charge after he was found to have violated the conditions by testing positive for alcohol. A blood-alcohol test found a blood-alcohol content of 0.05.
He was sentenced to 12 months probation. However, he was ordered to serve 60 days in the Brown County Jail as a condition of the probation.
Kimmi was originally sentenced in October 2010 to 12 months in jail on the charge. He became eligible for probation after serving 90 days of that sentence. As a condition of probation, Kimmi was forbidden from consuming any alcohol.
