A 52 year old Atchison man could face prison for taking Velveta cheese and a multi-tool set.
Ricky Godshall pled guilty to felony theft Monday in Atchison County Court.
He was arrested by Atchison Police for taking those items from Wal Mart on March 2nd, just days after leaving jail on another theft charge.
Since he has two or more prior convictions, the theft becomes a felony.
He could face five to 17 months in prison for the level nine felony.
He will be sentenced on both theft charges on April 2nd.
He remains in jail on five thousand dollars bond.
