A 41 year old Saint Joseph man could face prison for writing a pricy worthless check.
Darren Kizziah pled no contest to the level nine felony charge Friday in Atchison County Court.
Factual Basis reports show he wrote a worthless check to Country Mart in Atchison on August 26, 2007 for one thousand 10 dollars.
He could face five to 17 months in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 9th.
