A Falls City man received probation after he was found guilty of attempted burglary Tuesday in Richardson County District Court.
Twenty year-old Ethen Bentley was sentenced to three years of intensive supervised probation with work ethic camp. He was found guilty after pleading no contest to the Class 4 felony charge.
Bentley had been charged in connection with a March 2011 attempted burglary at 1607 Towle Street in Falls City.
