Local area wrestlers competed this past weekend in regionals for a chance to make it to state. It was 17 area wrestlers qualifying for state in Class 4A at Salina starting Friday, February 24th. While, 33 area wrestlers qualified for state in Class 3-2-1A in Hays starting Thursday, February 23rd. ACCHS won a Regional Championship as a team and has most qualifiers of any area school with seven wrestlers headed to state; Holton next most with six.
