Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse said a Sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a car on U.S. 75 Highway, near 118th Road, shortly before midnight.
During the traffic stop, a police service dog was deployed to conduct a free-air sniff of the vehicle.
Morse said the dog alerted and indicated to the odor of illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
During a search of the vehicle, suspected methamphetamine, THC, & drug paraphernalia were located.
The driver, 32-year-old Kaley Rae Lindberg, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and violations of driver- license restrictions.
Following her arrest, Lindberg was booked into the Jackson County Jail.

First, srgt Scott planted the meth in my car, before that, he did an illegal search of the vehicle due to the fact that I was working, with my boss, whom happens to pay me for driving him around, its part of my job so I was within my restrictions limits!

Next, the dog wanted my food, he did no such thing like hit on my drivers door... plus, if he did hit on the driver door why was they in my trunk? Why didnt they pull drugs from around the driver area? Because their dogs are not trained not certified and they just use that for probable cause, Abusing their power. Planting drugs. Is Jackson County broke or something? Is this all really necessary that they lie, cheat, abuse and I wont forget to mention STEAL! Scott also stole my grandmothers ashes off of my mirror and a hundred and twenty dollars out of my wallet in which he didnt inventory. Is in fact he didnt inventory anything on my person. CROOKED!

Jackson county harassing people and using untrained pets to do so... all because 6 months previous i accidentally humiliated him... no grounds to get someone kicked out of the casino when it wasnt on the property, pretty sure that has legal grounds... or plant drugs, or steal, especially a relatives ashes! Im going to have an attorney that isnt from jackson so well, Im going to do my best to bring out the truth and expose the crooked town of dirty cops and then Counter Sue for all of the defamation of character, civil rights violations, false arrest, malicious prosecution, theft, and anything else I possibly can!
