Dine at Limestone to Support KRC and Local Food and Farmers
10/30/2017
Since 1979, the Kansas Rural Center has worked to advance a diversified food and  farming system that is ecologically sound, economically viable and socially just. KRC helps farmers and citizens join together in growing opportunities for local and regional food.

Among the work the nonprofit does, KRC has been conducting local food assessments and workshops across the state to help increase and strengthen community-based food systems in Kansas.

Limestone's menu features seasonal food from local farmers year-round. On Nov. 2, Limestone will donate a share of the evenings's sales to KRC, to show the restaurant's support for the work of this nonprofit in creating a healthy food and farm system in Kansas.

Dine at Limestone from 5 p.m. to close Nov. 2 to support KRC.
