Hurry To Register-Governor's Water Conference

The Governor’s Water Conference on the Future of Water in Kansas is less than two weeks away and prices increase next week! Hurry to register!

The Water Conference will be held Wednesday, November 8 and Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center in Manhattan, Kansas.

We will have the Conference Kick-off again this year.

The speaker line up for day one is quite impressive!

Keynote speakers include:

Jim Gulliford, EPA Region 7 Administrator
Michael J. Teague, Oklahoma Energy & Environment, Secretary
Robin Jennison, Kansas Department of Wildlife Parks and Tourism, Secretary

New this year will be four panels in the afternoon of Day 1 highlighting different water topics:

Water and Emergency Response;
Public Water Supply and Agriculture – Solving non-point source pollution problems together;
Water Management Solutions – Drought to Surplus;
The Farm Bill’s Role in Water and Natural Resource Management and Sustainability.

The third Water Legacy Award is to be presented Wednesday morning and ‘Be the Vision’ nominees will be recognized as well. The Day 2 agenda and breakout sessions are now available online.
