A Grant Writing Workshop will be held on Monday evening September 11 in Nortonville for communities and groups in the area who want to discover how to secure funding for projects, programs or initiatives and develop confidence in their grant writing abilities.
Participants will learn about sources of data for community needs, elements of a great grant proposal, practicing the grant application elements and where to find grants. The workshop will be led by Nancy Daniels, Community Vitality Specialist with K-State Research and Extension.
The workshop is co-sponsored by Grow Nortonville and the Meadowlark Extension District and will be held at the K of C Hall, 105 Norton Street in Nortonville with a light meal served at 5:30 PM and workshop will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 p.m.
