(KAIR)--A mini dirt bike is missing, and Atchison Police are working to find it's whereabouts.
Police Chief Mike Wilson tells MSC News the crime was reported Wednesday.
"Sometime between late evening on Tuesday and mid-afternoon on Wednesday, a mini dirt bike was taken from outside a residence in the 700 block of North 7th," Wilson says. "We're not cetain of the brand, the victim did not know the brand, but the motorcycle is green with lettering on it."
Wilson says the mini dirt bike, commonly referred to as a pit bike, is valued at around $500.
Anyone with information related to its whereabouts is urged to contact police.
