(KLZA)-- Richardson County Commissioners adopted a resolution Tuesday, authorizing the issuance of limited Tax County Building bonds not to exceed $270,000.
The funds will be used to fund the addition of the kitchen at the Jail / Law Enforcement Center.
In other business, the Board reviewed correspondence from the Domina Law Group which represents Rodney Heinen regarding a Richardson County road. The correspondence will be reviewed with County Attorney Doug Merz.
Commissioners also authorized use of the Courthouse yard for the Falls City Chamber of Commerce “Spooks On the Square” event on October 31st.
Following the quarterly jail inspection, Commissioners found the facility to be in good order.
