(KNZA)--A former Holton principal is being remembered.
Ron Folk, of Holton, died Monday at the age of 74.
Folk began work with the Holton school district in 1974 as Holton Middle School counselor and basketball coach. He served as Holton Middle School principal from 1975 to 1987, and as Holton High School principal from 1987 until his retirement in 2000.
A celebration of life service for Folk will be held Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 in the morning at the Holton Country Club.
Folk is survived by his wife, Janice, along with two sons.
