(KLZA)-- The Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry staff will be traveling across Nebraska to present the organizations annual legislaticve forums, which run from August through November.
According to a news release, the State Chamber has conducted these legislative forums in cooperation with local chambers across the state for more than 30 years, allowing the Chamber to gather input from business leaders on issues of concern.
During this years forums the State Chamber will review business-related bills in the 2016 legislative session; discuss issues awaiting the 2017 Legislature and provide a list of the latest state rankings in areas that are important to the business community.
The closest forums to the listening area will be Wednesday, October 12 at the Carnegie Building in Beatrice at noon. The address is 218 North 5th Street.
The other meeting in the area will be Wednesday, October 19 at the Eagles Club in Nebraska City with the meeting scheduled to begin at noon.
