Three Arrested in Rural Wamego Drug Bust

(KMZA)--The execution of a search warrant on a rural Wamego residence leads to the arrest of three on drug charges.

Pottawatomie County Sheriff Greg Riat says the sheriff's office served the search warrant Monday evening on a residence at 9380 Broderick Road following an investigation.

Seized was an unspecified quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana along drug paraphernalia and cash.

Arrested were 39-year-old Tyson Johnson, 33-year-old Kiel Prue and 48-year-old Tracy Edison.  The trio were arrested on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.  In addition, Edison was arrested for possession of marijuana.

All three were booked into the Pottawatomie County Jail, with bond set at $5,000 each. Johnson and Edison have since posted bond and been released.
