(KNZA)--Six arrests were made during a DUI check lane on U.S. 75 Highway in southern Jackson County late Friday night and early Saturday morning.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the sheriff's office partnered with the Kansas Highway Patrol to conduct the check lane.
Morse says two were arrested for driving under the influence, one on a warrant for failure to appear, one for driving while revoked, one for driving while suspended, and one for possession of a hallucinogenic drug and driving while revoked.
More than 300 contacts were made during the check lane.
