(KLZA)-- Private applicator pesticide training will begin at 8 a.m. during the county ag updates. For the applicator training, a training manual is required for licensing and a fee is charged for such. If you have an old manual, please bring it so you will not be charged for a new manual. This training will end at 9:30 a.m. The Ag Updates will follow and will be 30 minute talks by the University of Missouri Agricultural Extension staff in the subject areas of agronomy, livestock, farm business and engineering. This may vary based on staff schedules. The schedule is as follows:
Holt County Ag Update, Thursday, January 21 at the T.J. Hall Building in Oregon;
Atchison County Ag Update, Friday, January 22 at the Atchison County Extension office in Rock Port;
Andrew County Ag Update, Tuesday, January 26 at the Clasbey Building in Savannah;
Nodaway County Ag Update, Wednesday, January 27 at Nodaway County Administration Center in Maryville;
Buchanan County Ag Update, Thursday, January 28 at the Buchanan County Extension office in St. Joseph;
Clinton County Ag Update, Friday, January 29 at the Youth Building in Plattsburg;
DeKalb County Ag Update, Tuesday, February 2 at the Courthouse in Maysville.
