(KLZA)-- The Auburn Council held their annual reorganization meeting Monday night.
Councilman Chris Erickson was elected President of the Council. Sherry Heskett was re-appointed as City Clerk. Dan Buman was appointed to the Board of Public Works Board of Directors replacing Tom Gulizia who had asked to not be re-appointed.
Angelo Ligouri was re-appointed City Attorney with Louie Ligouri and Nicole Mason as Assistant City Attorney’s. Joe Casey will be City Treasurer; Glenn Hogue will serve as Building Inspector / Zoning Commissioner; Harry Bridgon will be Street Commissioner and Evan Wickersham with JEO Consulting will be the Street Engineer.

Street Committee – Council members Jeff Jeanneret and Tom Clark
Safety Committee – Council member Shawn Clark and Harry Bridgmon
Keep Auburn Beautiful Committee – Council members Jeff Jeanneret and Rick Janssen
Budget and Finance Committee – Council Members Katy Billings and Chris Erickson.
Economic Development Committee – Council members Billings and Erickson.
Building Committee – Council members Shawn Clark and Tom Clark.
Legislative Committee – Council member Katy Billings
Insurance Committee – Council members Rick Janssen and Shawn Clark
Ordinance Committee – Council members Erickson and Jeanerett, City Attorney Angelo Ligouri and Nemaha County Sheriff Brent Lottman.
