(KAIR)--Two Leavenworth County residents suffered injuries following a two vehicle, Sunday morning crash, in Johnson County, Kansas.
Transported to Overland Park Regional Hospital were 28-year-old Kevin Pritchard, of Leavenworth, and his passenger, 31-year-old Jason Morrison, of Lansing.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that neither man was buckled up when the wreck happened shortly before 9:15.
According to the Patrol, Pritchard was northbound on K7, in the City of Shawnee, when his vehicle struck the trailer of an eastbound semi that was unable to stop at the red light of the intersection with 43rd Street.
The truck driver, from Grandview, Missouri, was not hurt.
