(KNZA)--A rural Horton woman will stand trial on charges stemming from an alleged attack in Horton in late September that sent a man to the hospital.
22-year-old Ellen Keo was bound over to Brown County District Court Wednesday after waiving her preliminary hearing.
Arraignment was set for December 14th.
Keo faces charges of aggravated battery, criminal possession of a weapon, identified as a shotgun with a barrel less than 12 inches, along with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
She was arrested in October following an investigation by the Horton Police Department.
Keo remains in the Brown County Jail, held on a $250,000 bond.
