(KMZA)--The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary, with the value of stolen goods estimated at more than $8,000.
Sheriff Greg Riat says his office was notified about the crime on Friday after someone entered a residence, and two trailers, in the area southwest of Diamond Road and Highway 63 in rural Saint Mary's.
Meat from a freezer was stolen, along with numerous tools.
Riat says anyone with information about the crime should notify his office at 785-457-3353.
