(KNZA)--Plans are in the works for the annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner in Holton.
Volunteer Organizer Freda Galer says the dinner will happen on the holiday, running from 11:00 until 1:00, at the Evangel United Methodist Church's Family Life Center.
Already equipped with turkeys, Galer is in need of the fixings for the Thanksgiving meal, as well as helpers for the day.
Financial contributions are also accepted to help keep the Thanksgiving Dinner tradition alive.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and anyone wishing to offer assistance should contact Galer at (785) 364-4160 and leave a message.
