11/05/2015

Richardson County District Courtroom

(KLZA)-- No change in the office of the Richardson County Public Defender.

That comes as the County Commission approves a recommendation from the Richardson County Policy Board to retain William Vonseggern in the role.

The approval follow the Policy Board's review of a proposal provided by Vonseggern to remain in the position.

He will continue to perform services for the next two calendar years at the same terms and conditions as those outlined in the current contract.

Vonseggern receives $48,000 annually to serve as public defender.
