USD 364 Bond Election Tuesday
11/02/2015

(KMZA)--Voters in the Marysville school district will go to the polls Tuesday to decide the fate of a $26.4 million bond issue for facility improvements.

The bond issue would fund improvements at the Marysville Elementary School and Junior/Senior High School.  They include new classroom space, a new gymnasium, upgrades to the plumbing and electrical systems, storm shelters, bathroom improvements and exterior upgrades.

If approved by voters, the bond issue would be paid off over a 30-year period and result in an estimated property tax levy increase of 14.84 mills.

The polls will be open Tuesday from 7 in the morning until 7 in the evening.

There will be only one polling location—the Marysville American Legion.
