(KNZA)--A single-vehicle crash in Holt County, Missouri Monday morning claimed the life of a St. Joseph man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Thomas Young was southbound on U.S. 59 about five miles southeast of Oregon when he failed to negotiate a curve. His car left the roadway and became airborne. Upon landing, the vehicle overturned multiple times, coming to rest on its wheels.
Young, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck was reported around 10:00.
