(KMZA)--An Oneida man is behind bars, held in connection with an aggravated battery that dates back to July.
According to a press release from the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office, 27-year-old Dustin Barrett was taken into custody on the related warrant Sunday.
The Sheriff's Office says the crime occurred on July 14th when Barrett allegedly engaged in a fight with another man at the Old Sabetha Lake.
Along with the warrant, Barrett was arrested for driving while suspended.
He was booked into the Nemaha County Jail where he's held on a $150,000 bond.
