(KLZA)-- The Humboldt City Council voted Tuesday night to give favorable comment to a one day liquor license application for Steve Svoboda, for the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, September 19th during the Richardson County Fair. The License will be for an area outside the Humboldt City Auditorium during the Husker football game that day.
The Auditorium Board was granted permission to proceed with obtaining architectural bids for the Auditorium project. A crumb rubber ground project for the park was tabled until more information is gathered.
Jacob Railsback was granted permission to add concrete to the ballfield dugouts as an Eagle Scout project. Council members also voted to advertise for hiring additional help for the Maintenance Department.
