New Jackson Co Appraiser on Job
(MSC News)--A new Jackson County appraiser is on the job.
The Holton Recorder reports Jason Claycamp began work last week, replacing Larry Reynolds who retired after holding the position since December 2009.
Claycamp has worked in the appraiser’s office since February 2011, initially starting as a data collector. He became certified as an appraiser last fall.
Claycamp was promoted to zoning administrator last year, and will continue to serve in that role in addition to his appraiser duties.
As appraiser, he will be paid $26.44 an hour.
