(KAIR)--An Atchison man, already facing drug related charges in connection with an incident earlier this week, was arrested again early Thursday morning.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says officers were called to a residence in the 900 block of South Sixth Street for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, they were informed that 35-year-old Kevin Flynn had allegedly been involved in a physical confrontation with a 30-year-old female victim.
Flynn was arrested at the scene, and booked into the Atchison County Jail on a charge of domestic battery.
Flynn was arrested early Tuesday morning after police found him laying on the street at the intersection of Sixth and S Streets. He was transported to the Atchison County Jail and charged with possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released.
