(KLZA)-- Phase II of the Wilderness Falls housing development in Falls City has received funding approval. The plans call for a 14-unit addition on West 31st Street in Falls City to include 4 – 2 bedroom units, 8 – 3 bedroom units and 2 – 4 bedroom units.
All of the units in phase II will be on one level and include a zero entry design, patio, and attached single car garage. The units will be maintenance free for the tenants.
On June 19th the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority announced it had selected the Falls City project for funding.
