MOUND CITY, Mo. - Route D in Holt County is now open after closing due to a culvert washout, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation. Flooding in the area caused damage to the culvert just south of Route C. Crews were able to repair the culvert and reopen the road to traffic this afternoon.
